Order & Shipping
You can check your order status on your Account page—the status will be updated as soon as your order is placed and again when your order ships.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. All orders take 1-2 business days to process and 5-10 business days to be delivered. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from bayfreecustomerservice@hotmail.com with tracking information.
Currently, we only ship within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We appreciate your interest in bayfree. Please stay tuned for updates regarding availability in other regions.
