Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at bayfreecustomerservice@hotmail.com. We will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transaction. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your returned item.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Pack the item(s) in their original packaging (if available).
  • Include all accessories and documentation (if applicable).
  • Return the item(s) within 30 days from the delivered date.

For bayfree products purchased from other authorized retailers, please contact the retailer directly regarding their return policy.

Exceptions:

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance items or items marked as non-returnable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Shipping:
